The weird target poster thing makes it look like the aliens have pretty big moustaches -_-...
When I saw the trailer for this movie, I thought it was about a holocaust or quarintine...
I might watch this, seeing how my family is a crazy movie-going family

Wow, I'm a bit surprised. This movie got pretty good ratings, even from RottenTomatoes which seems to always rate movies I like with more rotten than ripe, lol. Average I've seen so far is about 8.5/10.

I might actually see it. If I have time, lol.

It was actually pretty good, everything other than the end anyway. Great set up for a sequel but they didn't even try to hide it here...

I hope this is not a racial comment, and I think it's fair to give another director a chance. I mean, he is working with Peter Jackson, so I would guess PJ is probably doing more of the important stuff.

I am South African, and this is a mostly South African production. From what I've heard, it's really making an impact in the movie scene. I'm so excited that a production from our country has been so popular!

If anything, it might give you a glimpse into the way we South Africans live. I live in Johannesburg, and while the movie hasn't actually been released in South Africa yet nuts I'm anxious to see it.

Watch out, we're taking over! Go SA!

GOD did the ending suck. It completely left you with the "wait, it's over?" feeling, which is terrible to do.

I read the synopsis (kind of, just the end) of the movie. and the ending doesnt sound that bad

In the final scene, an alien with a bandaged left arm is shown in a junk yard fashioning a flower out of scrap metal.

Yeah, lol. It's just my impression, since you think Peter Jackson's making it at first. But if he believes in Neil, then I'm sure he is good.
