i created a skill that let's a hero to summon a Power Generator. when the Power Generator is summoned, it doesn't show the timer bar(the blue expiring timer bar).
is it because it is a building?

Just change "Is a Building" in the object editor to False and the bar will show up

I would only be able to say, "Make it not a building," which seems trivially obvious. There's no other way that I know.
