TD Stuck

So, in a TD i'm making, the creeps get stuck at times and so i made a fairly good anti-stick ability to get them moving again. My problem though, is that i think that the creeps get stuck a little too often. Does anyone have an clues on how to lower sticking??

My 2 centz:

Lag makes suck units.
Leaks make lag, and so do vast amounts of units.

Give all your creeps the unit ability Ghost (Visible), or try lowering the amount of creeps.
