Hmmm. I'm still not too sure on that one. Budget doesn't always mean good as far as I know. Actors aren't a guaranteed win either, it depends on the screenplay and the director, mostly.

We'll see how it turns out. It's a really, really big production.

I wasn't really sure [and I'm still not] how I feel about Loki being the bad guy. Not to say that Loki isn't a bad ass dude, but...

Thor whooped on him in his own movie. The entire Avengers can't smack him down without difficulty?

All these Marvel movies have me wondering...

Loki himself can't fight Thor, but he's a real trickster. Usually in the comics and cartoons, Loki does put up a real good fight, not by himself, but by recruiting others in some whole big scheme. Also, if he somehow gets the Odin Force or some other ancient artifact (like the ones you briefly have seen in the past Marvel movies when they show the sneak peeks), then he has powers greater than Thor, and he has done that before.

I don't know, Loki seems like a solid villain to me, since he's a leader, not a solo fighter.

so have anyone else seen this movie? It was pretty good kinda went beyond my expectation cause i just there for the action, quite a humorous movie, a predictable plot but thats expected. Now whens the justice league movie coming out

Watched it last week. It was awesome. Better than expected. Then again, I find Hawkeye and Black Widow kinda underused as heroes in the movie. They seem rather useless (or perhaps too weak) in the fighting scenes.

One thing I don't understand though:

Why did Loki stabbed Thor? That scene seems functionless. After that, he jumped off the Stark building and grabbed a flying scooter only to return to the same place again few scenes later to be whacked by Hulk. Don't seem to have a continuity value there. The "Puny God" scene was epic though. Haha.

Just curious, who's that dude in the end credits scene?

Saw this twice in the space of 4 days through no fault of my own, and I have to say I enjoyed it just as much the second time around. The action sequences at the end are simply epic; there's one shot where the camera flies around the city following each of the heroes in one continuous motion and it's really quite something.

Also, it was worth it a second time just for Scarlett Johansson in *that* skin-tight costume
