A passive ability with buff ?

hi, anyone knows a passive ability that gives a buff to the unit ?
i need the player to see the buff and be able to check it's current level ( increased by triggers )

but not auras, i'm already using a lot of them and i'm trying to save the rest for later

or maybe an ability with stackable aura so i can use it several times on items or heroes and not get its buffs overridden

Auras with different buffs will stack I believe. So use an aura^^

 

[Inflicted]

Certain buffs stack with others of the same type, but some don't. (They take the closest or highest value)
Be careful which you pick.
