allied structure use in a 5v5 aos

How would i create a team structure that has abilities but anyone in the team can use it? without making the red player an ally because that would make all the structures in the base controllable.

Give it to neutral victim, and have neutral victim share control?

You could do it two easy ways:
When a unit comes close to the building, change owner of the building to owner of the unit,
or you could make that when a player enters a text messege, change owner of building to the triggering player.

make the structure's owner the owner of base ( like in DotA player 1 (red)) and add shop sharing to it
