Is there a way to detect that the user like left clicks an item that doesn't have "Left Click to Use"?

If not, can you make items be "Left Click to Use"?

And if not that either, does the game use 2 items at once if they're under the same base?

If you give an item an activatable ability, it can be clicked.

How do you do that?

Make an ability and set in "Stats - Ability of Item to "True" (i have the world editor in spanish language but i try to write in english).
After this, go to the item and in Abilities - Abilities and set the ability before i said.
