OMG i feel like a n00b, is there anyway to extend the expiring time?:banghead:

I am doing a passive skill which have chances to make the unit gain attack speed for 30 seconds when he attacked some one. It extends the duration when the skill is activated again. <----- and i am trying to figure out this part?

So, if there is no way to extend... Give me a suggestion how i make it extend when the skill activates again...THANKS!
If you don't understand my explaination of my skill, then ignore this question, i suck in english BIG TIME

I think you must use a real variable as a timer. Every 0.10 seconds, you would set this variable to Variable - 0.10. Thus, you can extend it whenever you like.

just start the timer again with extended time
example
Code:
triger 1
events - starts the effect of ability
actions
- start A_TIMER that will expire in 30 seconds
- turn on triger 2
Code:
triger 2
events - starts the effect of ability
actions
- start A_TIMER that will expire in 30 seconds
- turn off this trigger

this will extend it to 30 seconds again after casting the spell second time
