Asus panel light help

Hey guys i was wondering if someone could tell me how i can program the flashing lights on the back of the laptop screen??? I really can't find an app and i'm just lost as to where to start. Also, it'd be helpful if someone could point mein the direction of where to find a protective casing for this laptop. Thanks!
