Auto Cast on Targets

I'm trying to make a tower which will take any random unit in the skills cast AoE and cast upon it eg A Tower with the Cyclone skill and when the creeps come it will whenever possible cast Cyclone on any creep

Make any old autocast ability that targets creeps. Don't let it have any effects, but give it a buff. Then periodically detect units with that buff, remove it and make a dummy cast Cyclone on those units.

or you could add the ability in a disabled spell book, i think using the order string from it can still cast out of them

then every time the autocast ability is cast, order it to cast the other
