How do I change the angle the building faces?

If it's created with a trigger, you can change the angle it's faced at.

The default is Default building angle.

When the game starts, the building is already there. And this building I want to face a certain angle, for the whole game. I really can't find any value to change that.

Do you have to trigger it to an angle?

Nope:

Obejct Editor - Stats - Is Building uncheck it

rotate it as you like

Obejct Editor - Stats - Is Building check it

You can also change the default building facing angle in the Gameplay Constants.
