Changing heros through items (to differnt heros)

Well say my hero picks up a pistol he becomes the pistol class of his hero

(all of the heros will have a differnt hero for each weapon)

is there an unarmed hero too?
there are a couple of ways to do it
1 replace the unit
2 make an ability based off of chaos to change the unit
3 make an ability based off of bear form
