Tutorial Changing Wc3 Background With A Program

Get MSPaint. Or Poohtoshop.
Click mouse randomly on unspecified colours and apply said colours to canvas.
Save as .tga Use Image Extractor II to convert to BLP.
Import.
Point the background texture path to the imported file.

You can always just use a MPQ program to do it..
