Cluster rockets buff

Strange behavior from an ability based off of cluster rockets: I've given it a custom buff based off the Cluster Rockets buff, with custom unit attachments. But strangely, it doesn't use the attachment models I give in the custom buff, but rather the attachments specified in the default Stunned (Pause) buff.

In other words, if I change the default Stunned (Pause) buff, I get the desired effect. Changing my custom buff, (which is properly referenced in the actual ability) does not change the unit attachment.

By the way, any difference between Stunned and Stunned (Pause)?
