Complaints on Balance

ive gone through 50 versions on my helms deep map from 1.0b to 3.3b and yet i still get the same crap from 'some' players about them complaining how unbalanced it is, well first of all i make it to be 100% accurate to the movie on unit count space/clutter the bridge everything. yet i have played it will all friends of mine before and every time we play its like humans win by 30 second orcs win by 30 seconds all extremely close. i suggest my question is what is the line between realistic and fun?

It's... Warcraft... Realistic doesn't exactly make it fun... You're better off balancing it then going for a realistic approach... Regardless of what the movie implies, if their team dominates mine that's just stupid... But no matter HOW balanced your map is, people will complain. It happens, if someone is bad at the game, they will say it's imbalanced *not always but a lot of people do *, it's something you will have to cope with.
