Computers are open when hosting map

Hello theHelper!

So, I know Im going to kick myself if someone tells me how to fix this, but, I cannot keep the computer controlled players in my map as computer controlled. I went into Scenario > Player Properties > and set what slots I want controlled as computers, and what ones I want available to players, but when I host the map for my friends to help me test, all the slots are available for user's. I dont know if changing the forces or turning on bounty is having any effect and thats the next thing on my 'to check' list. But I was hoping while I checked those things, someone who has had a similar problem can simply say "Oh Extes, your so silly, click this thingy and it'll be fine" Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you should click the scenario tab, click force properties
then there on the top left there should be 2 checkboxes
[] Use custom forces
[] Fixed Player Setting
fixed player settings is the one you want checked but you have to have custom forces checked as well to even check it, till then its grayed out
