Customising the minimap, how possible is it?

I'm trying to find a way to have my minimap show only part of my full map. Is there any way to do this?

Your having problems with Camera Bounds and it looks odd?
I've had that before lol.
Normally I just load an image for the minimap, but about reducing the size of it: I'm not entirely sure it's possible.

There's not a problem as such, it's just that my map is split into several sections, And showing the whole thing gives nothing to somebody playing it.

My guess is that Camera Bounds have something to do with it. If you make predefined regions, you can change the camera bounds so that you can only look around those regions.

That sounds pretty much perfect if I'm honest. Problem is that if I change anything in the camera bounds/map description menu, it just says the map is too big. It's a map which I believe was made on a vJASS enabled copy of WC3, but I don't have vJASS. Which I think is the issue.
