Cutting Tree Skill

How do I make a skill like woodcutting ability:

Takes 5 seconds to lumber a tree with a hero doing a basic attack animation facing the tree and when the tree falls, the player gains 1 lumber.

Use the 'Eat Tree ability' that Night Elves buildings have when uprooted?
Set 'Art - Animation Names' to "attack".

But it doesn't make my unit/hero do the attack animation for 5s before the tree comes down. And also when I click on a tree without activating the spell, he will automatically attempt to cut down the tree.

There's an earlier thread that solves your problem. Use the Night Elves' Sentinel ability.
