auto aquireing... the thing where a hero sees a unit, and goes 'hmm i want to attack that!' so they move and attack that unless their on hold position....
(btw ive already reduced the aqcuisition range to 0)
ive already removed their sight range, ive set their aqcuisition range to 0, and ive given them a stop order... but they still follow a unit to attack it if they see one (a unit attacks them, or gets really close)
Give the unit the 'Worker' classification. Either by triggers, or through the object editor.
The only problem is that the unit will create one of those "Idle Worker Icons" in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. No, there is no way to disable this AFAIK.
I know this thread is really old. But I figured out a solution. The answer came from Weep in this thread. If you add the classification of Peon-Type Unit in a tirgger, such as Unit Trained, Add Classification to Trained Unit, then the Icon does not appear. Alternatively, you can go to Advanced>Gameplay Interface and change the Icon to something more fitting if you'd still like the toggleable icon.
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
