"Error Message Missing" when hero dies

I get a message in game that says: "Error message missing" when a hero dies.
I have editted the hero death text in Game Interface to a space. Normally this is no big deal in my other small tests maps. But in my main map I get this message and I can't fix it.
I use the NewGen World Editor but then again, I also made a test map in it which doesn't give this error.
Anyone knows how to deal with this issue?

I believe I fixed it.
The message in the Game Interface contains three commas and I'm sure that the game expects these commas in order to be handled properly by the game engine.
So I changed the message into this:
, , ,

I believe that the commas are to differentiate between the messages for the four races.
