Exclamtion Mark

Hmmm, just a basic question. How do you get that yellow exclamation mark above the units head in normal camapign missions when you complete the quest and you have to bring the item back or get your reward?

Action: Special Effect - Create a special effect attached to the (overhead)
of (unit) using (Abilities\Spells\Other\TalkToMe\TalkToMe.mdl)
