I have no time and no skill in making wc3 maps, so how much would it cost to pay someone else to make a custom maul for me and friends?

It depends who you're buying it from. I suggest just learn to use the program, but if you're doing it online, then you could use paypal. and people are cheap so they would probably rip you off. you want to do this so you wont make the map, but you will get credit for it right? so you have to contact a good mapmaker and ask him to do it. he will offer a price and you could work things down from there.
you will need to tell him/her:

• If you have Reign of Chaos or The Frozen Throne
• What version you have. 1.20? 1.21? 3483.12842?
• How you want the map to be like
• How much players can play
• What map it will be based off
• Your IM screen name
• Tell him to send progress screeneies constantly
