Forum reputation (+rep?)

My question is simple. How do I give it?

I've only just started frequenting these forums, and I've got two +rep in the last few days.
I dunno if it's a lot or a little, but it feels good that someone had enough use of my ideas to give me an "I-like-him" tag

But how do I give +rep if someone helped me?
I've tried hard to look for it, but really I can't seem to find it.
