Game Cache not saved in Multiplayer

Game Cache - Save doesn't work in Lan/Battle.net?

Is there any way around this?

Game caches don't work in multiplayer.
Period.

Save/Load systems should get you around.

Oh they do. You can store and retrieve values from gamecaches in multiplayer without problems. However, they aren't saved to the computer in multiplayer. So you can't transfer data from one map to another. (Or from one game to another)

Save/Load systems are hard to make. I'm not making an RPG right now, I was just curious.

If Blizzard made them saveable to the computer in multiplayer, that would open the doors for some simple load/save systems
