Games like Morrowind and Oblivion

I like RPGs and when i was little i settled for the usual diablo type games but after Morrowind i just cant enjoy the usual RPG experience. I cant seem to find any other games that have all these things:
Almost no boundaries to where you can go
Set in a medieval fantasy world
Can do whatever you want i.e not req to follow main quest
No click-target-auto-attack combat system
Controlling only one character
Any suggestions?

I think The Witcher comes pretty close, but it does not have everything you fancy.

Gothic 3 comes relatively close to you're wishes, maybe check it out.

Fallout? Borderlands? get oblivion expansions because lets face it there fun as hell
