ccsdude is correct. This particular table reduces the experience a hero gains from killing neutral hostiles each level in varying amounts depending on what each integer is set to in that table. 80 means that the hero will recieve 80% xp for killing the creep at that level. Here is the default table and what every level of it is saying:
This is saying that at level 1 (The top layer of numbers), 80 is set meaning that the hero gains 80% XP for killing neutral hostiles at level one. Level 2 is set to 60 so at level 2 the Hero will gain 60% XP from killing Neutral Hostiles (Which will from now on be refered to as NH's). At level 3, it is set to 40 meaning 40% for NH kills at level 3. Level 4 is set to 20, 20% XP for NH kills at level 4 and level 5 is set to 0, 0% XP gained from killing NH's at level 5 (No XP is gained at this level for killing NH's because of the 0% thing).
How to fix:
This depends on whether you want the default 80% XP for killing neutral hostiles the whole way through your game or if you want increasing XP from killing NH's, or if you want 100% xp for killing NH's the whole way through.
If you want one amount of XP through the whole game for any level, remove all the levels of XP and add one and set its number to the % XP you want your hero to recieve (100 = 100%).
If you want increasing amounts of XP each level, set the first level to 80, second to 100, third to 120 and so on.
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
