Hidden Buff

Hi im on a spell called Battle Form. The Hero fades to another model an gain additional attack speed and attackdamage. but i want the spell to be completly hidden. so for the attackspeed im about to use a dummy with bloodlust without icon. but i have no idea how to give him dmg+ without abilty or aura which will affect other units as well.

someone got an idea how to solve this in gui ?

Create an item ability to give damage E.X.Item damage bonus.
Set it as a unit ability and order the hero to learn this ability whit a trigger.
NO ICON,NO BUFF
