You control where you're going by how you move. If you lift your right arm and lower your left, you'll turn left. Vice versa, you obviously go right. If you close your arms a bit, you probably fall faster and if you keep them outstretch as much as possible, you probably take longer to descend.

I recall seeing this in a Tomb Raider movie, but back then I was pretty sure it was fake or at least not usable in RL.
Guess this proves me wrong.

The only reason that video is so cool is it is filmed on a mountain. You are gliding not flying and still falling - but around 90 mph rather than what you normally would be doing. It lets you get alot of horizontal speed and going down that mountain really made it look more like flying.

Sure it's not fake? Really looks like they used a Blue Screen to me .

EDIT: Looks less fake after a minute or two xP, pretty kickass stuff! (Though the first minute definitely looks blue sreen'd, whether it was or not )

No, this is not fake. I was watching a program on people that did this too, not sure what TV station it was. So they were professionals at doings this and one day a person who was doing this flying thing crashed and died.
