How do I lower my terrain height like this?

How can you lower the terrain so far like that?

dont use the cliffs but the lower tool... Its in Terrain palette right above the size.

Doesnt work with the vanilla editor from blizzard.
I know that the old WEU made this possible, its outdated though and not recommended to be used anymore with the newer versions of wc3.
There is JNGP now which "should" allow you to do all the things WEU made possible but i am not a 100% sure that you can do this kind of things with it. At least i didnt find an option for it when i was using it back then but i wasnt particulary looking for it either.

Thanks for the help guys. I actually found you can download a text file and put that inside WC3's UI folder which will expand the height you can make with terrain, and more.
