How to change color of an attachment

That picture shows all :

how they did this they only changed one attachments color.
i think it became with Jass and i want to learn how to change it too
[ i do not mean only this but every attachment i want to change it's color ]

what attachment? the recolor on invoker was a skin recolor... made with a graphics program.

jass is used for in-game coding... not for modifying resources like models/skins...

i did not know that i thought he did it with jass i mean that was like model change color to 255 red 200 blue 0 green or something like that i did not know about any other programs :O
