How to make advanced item?

Hey fellow helpers.

i would like to know, if there is a tutorial or someone with the knowledge to make items.

if i want to make an item that gives:
str +50
agi +50
variable +15 (custom)
death aura (custom)
armor +10
move speed +50%
attack speed +50%

hope you guys can help me.

I have a small knowledge of jass, so systems are welcome too xD

Maximum 4 abilities. To squeeze those 7 skills in, you'll need to have 4 skills in a spell book. And they have to be auras. So, take the 2 auras, and the other 2 abilities, make them into an aura that only affects Self. Create a custom item in object editor and add the abilties in.
