How to make auto cast trigger

I'm trying to make a building auto-cast a skill once it has finished constructing. How do i precisely do this? i've read that its something to do with string id or rather buti have no cclue what that is nor how to get to it

it is a system that allows you to get an integer identification number for every unit that can be used to find that unit or use that unit to find its ID, basically its like turning a unit into a number

Trigger:
  • Autocast Skill
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Finishes construction
    • Conditions
      • (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Barracks
    • Actions
      • Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to Human Town Hall - Call To Arms

Replace Barracks and the Unit - Issue Order action with the relevant values.

Doesn't that work only with skills built into game? If so then how do i make them auto cast custom skills and if not why can't i see them listed?

It depends on the skill you based it off. For example, if you made a copy of Storm Bolt and changed it, you would still order the unit to cast Storm Bolt. Same principle applies here.
