i think you need to lock the camera.
that should prevent it from changing when a player mousewheels.
im not sure if the option is in the editor, i dont have it installed right now.
but i know there is an option to lock the camera to a unit, so maybe you can lock it at other times too.
if the potion is not available then maybe you could reapply the camera repeatedly, every half second or so
I have a similar issue. Just locking the camera to the unit will not do the trick, because you can still adjust the distance/zoom by scrolling the mouse wheel, although the field of view will be locked around your unit, but scrolling the mouse wheel will effectively reset the game's standard camera.
At the moment I'm using a trigger which sets the camera and locks to unit when conditions are true every 0.5 seconds of the game...
I think it's possible to lock the game camera to certain attributes (distance to target, angle of attack, etc...), say by setting up a camera object then copying it's attributes into your trigger...
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
I will be AFK for a couple of days you guys hold down the fort while I am gone. I will be checking in on my phone but that will severly limit me. Be back saturday!
