How to make *Continuous* Animated GIF?

I've nothing to do and made an Animated GIF recently.
I open it with IrfanView and the animation worked well, continuously.
But, when I open it with Internet Explorer, the animation run once only.

Make sure you change the settings on your animations. In Photoshop there is a button that says []Loop []Only Once
