How to make heroes go higher than lvl 10

How do u make heroes go higher than lvl 10? Plz respond soon.

Its Under Advanced -> gameplay constants. Remember to Check "Use custom gameplay constants". It will be called Hero Maximum Level, double click on it and set it to what you want.

also, since were here, how do u make a kill count board so u know how much kills you have?

I don't know how much RoC limits you, but I think its not possible in RoC.
