Its an online program. I screenshotted it and pasted it in gimp.

btw, whats a good file format for quality that will work for avatars and uploading and such?

Png does transparency, right?

Yeah, it does transparency too.

The shapes are pretty simple, all symmetrical. (Like some tile floors )
Have you tried doing other things? You should look up tutorials in the stickys

.jpg's are fine if you save them with 100% instead of 80%.

.gif's are the worst for still images.
