Immolation error

I have an ability which is based on immolation. It costs zero mana, has a zero mana buffer, and deals negative damage to allies. It also has triggered effects, triggered by it being turned on or off. Here's the problem; sometimes, for no reason I can see, it turns itself off, like it's on a timer or something. Anyone got any idea what's going on?

I don't give any unimmolation orders to any heroes, looked through all my triggers.

EDIT: I deleted all my other triggers and just left these on. Still the same issue.

Trigger:
  • Sacrifice Learned
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Learns a skill
    • Conditions
      • (Learned Hero Skill) Equal to Sacrifice
      • ((Triggering unit) is an illusion) Equal to False
    • Actions
      • Set Sacrier = (Learning Hero)


Trigger:
  • Sacrifice Effect
    • Events
      • Game - GDD_Event becomes Equal to 0.00
    • Conditions
      • (GDD_DamagedUnit has buff Sacrifice ) Equal to True
    • Actions
      • Trigger - Turn off (This trigger)
      • Unit - Set life of GDD_DamagedUnit to ((Life of GDD_DamagedUnit) + (GDD_Damage / 3.00))
      • If ((GDD_Damage x (2.00 / 3.00)) Less than or equal to (Life of GDD_DamagedUnit)) then do (Unit - Cause GDD_DamageSource to damage Sacrier, dealing (GDD_Damage / 3.00) damage of attack type Normal and damage type Normal) else do (Unit - Cause GDD_DamageSource to damage Sacrier, dealing ((Life of GDD_DamagedUnit) / 3.00) damage of attack type Normal and damage type Normal)
      • Trigger - Turn on (This trigger)


Trigger:
  • Sacrifice ON
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Is issued an order with no target
    • Conditions
      • (Triggering unit) Equal to Sacrier
      • (Issued order) Equal to (Order(immolation))
    • Actions
      • Unit - Add Sacrifice Spellbook to (Triggering unit)
      • Player - Disable Sacrifice Spellbook for (Owner of (Triggering unit))
      • Trigger - Turn on Sacrifice OFF <gen>


And this last one is initially off;

Trigger:
  • Sacrifice OFF
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Is issued an order with no target
    • Conditions
      • (Triggering unit) Equal to Sacrier
      • (Issued order) Equal to (Order(unimmolation))
    • Actions
      • Unit - Remove Sacrifice Spellbook from (Triggering unit)
      • Trigger - Turn off (This trigger)


Just in case there's something there I'm missing :/

Any chance you could upload the ability? It might have something to do with the current settings in your map that don't exist elsewhere.
