item keeps get dispeled on attack

Hi! I were just trying out some different things and I come across to create an hero ability from the clarity potion item. everything works except the Dispel on attack option. I've unchecked the option "Data - Dispel on attack, false" But it keeps getting dispeled =S Is this because it's a hero ability now or what? I've tried to restart the world editor etc but nothing works. does the Dispel on attack just affect if the ability is a non hero ability or what?

base it on other ability? like item ability >>>>>> item healing
