Login script help.

More like a forum script really, I am creating a website but i need a way to store member names and passwords. I have a way to login though. (still working on the creating posts part.)

You need a database, such as MySQL.

You need mySQL and you need to know php to store and retrieve the information.

You need server-side scripting (PHP for example) and databases (MySQL).

Browser-side scripting will not help you at all with that (Javascript is browser-side).

Yeah I recommend you learn php, like here first.

Then learn mySQL here.

Ahh ok thanks guys. I will have to learn php by the way i learned javascript, stealing little bits of code and rearranging them.
