Model Help!!

Hey, i got this model, but it requires alot of textures, im not going to release it or anything but it would be nice to have it in one texture, can someone pls show me how to merge them ??

Put the textures into one file and then redo the UVW mapping.

Any clue where i can find a tut on this? or a program to do it with? its not my model i just want it with one texture file so its easier >.> but i need this done or else i cant really use it, not a size problem or anything tho. Edit: how would i put it into one file??? That would fix my problem >.>
