Models and attacking-need help

yo. after few hours of watching tutorials and surfing on web, i finnaly made my own model (sylvanas without bow but with hammer!).
and, when i used it on unit- it looked just like i wanted. but still- it attacked with bow, (fictive bow!).
how can i make her attack like melee unit? (paladin for example)

You'll have to make your own attacking animations for her methinks.

yeah.. but i have no idea how to. first i tried to copy some of paladins animations, but it was even worse. guess ill have to try..

if youre using magos' model editor you need to learn how to build quaternion animations... geometry at its worst for me... hard to learn

Or you can use another model and use all of its animations and give it to the model that you want it to have. But beware! the "bones" (parts of the model that moves the mesh [model]) have to be the same on both models, but its worth a try.

oh man, this is the worst thing ever. i searched in the file for about 2hours for bones, etc etc, and at end i couldnt load the model.

theres around 20bones in each model, and turorial says that i should rename them or something.
and, i have no idea what means bone "hero02" or something.
guess ill try it last time.

Sorry friends, but for obvisious reasons, i better quit trying this.
ill probably learn how to make my own models and else (i probably found good and long tutorial).
but, anyway. right now i would be very grateful and happy if someone would make me model of Sylvanas with paladins hammer :/

and if you are very bored, i still need around 3+models for my campaing
