MPQDraft Fatal Exception

I am getting this error code everytime I open the import manager and search for a file. I have sent a related report to my friend before, and he said something wrong is happening in my root system or something... o.o' Well, obviously it is since it has a bunch of file paths in my system32.

It only happens when you right click the white of the Import Manager, and from the drop down list select Import File. It works fine if you just do File -> Import File....
Anyone know how to fix it? >_<
