My building can build on another tower

I have a building that for some reason can be built on another tower. Its supposed to be just like any other tower and have a little stone looking square under it so it can be part of the maze. Right now it doesnt have the stone under, and creeps run right thru.

how to get this stone and make it able to block?

have u set the collision of the tower to 0?? or even u turn it off?
the tower must have collision to prevent unit run through it..

hmm. but the other towers have pathing-collision size =72, same with this.

also what about the ground under the tower, could this help out better?

Collision I think doesn't affect buildings, they use Pathing Maps..

Art - Ground Texture for the ground texture at the bottom of the tower..

Pathing - Pathing Map
Pathing - Placement Requires

These 2 are the source of collision for buildings..

Pathing - Placements Requires would be Land - Pathable so that it can be built even on unbuildable ground texture but will not be built on cliffs.

Most Towers have Pathing Map of Arcane Tower, Guard Tower, ......
This Pathing Map is for towers in a small size..

Did you perhaps base your building off of a non-building? In that case you will have to change alot of things but I would recommend basing it off of a building, that is of course assuming you based it off a regular unit... other wise take a look at the following in the editor:

Art - Ground Texture
Pathing - Collision Size
Pathing - Pathing Map
Pathing - Placement Requires
Stats - Can be built on
Stats - Can build on
Stats - is a building

Take a look at those values in the object editor and that should help you out! Good luck!

thanks for the help, but so far nothing works.( I dont have those settings to choose from.) I forgot to mention that this i s actually a hero tower. It has been copied and pasted from another td(as well as the abilities and all). Its fully functional except for the tower being able to be built on another, or even in "unbuildable" places.


could it be something in the jass to tell it to be a normal tower?

Even f it is a hero based tower, you can change it into a building so that those options will work.
unbuildable places? set its can be built on to walkable..
And if it is a hero, don't use a None Movement Type..
