Need help with model-changing

I want to know how to change a unit model in the game (not replacing it) CHANGE THE MODEL OF THE UNIT, that will bring me many problems :banghead:

It is possible (I think) with the ability Chaos.

no, i want to do that with a trigger or something, because the ability only changes the form but do not leaves the objective attack or use spells
