Need tips on building a computer

How would I do that?

Download the latest BIOS from the Gigabyte support website.
Copy the BIOS file (unzip the file if necessary) to a USB flash drive.
Reboot the computer, enter the BIOS setup screen, and select the "QFlash" utility.
In the QFlash utility, select the BIOS file from your flash drive.
