No sound on newly installed windows

well I just reinstalled windows, but for some reason my sound doesnt work. It says I have a SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio, but I'm really not sure what I should do to make it work. any ideas would be great.

You installed the sound drivers? They should be on the disk you got with your motherboard.

I dont think I have the disk, so no, I probably dont have them installed. Is there some way I could install them from online?

Yes, find the drivers online and download them. Use Google.
