Order-System Problem

Hey,

I have a big problem with my TD map,
there are 45 rounds with unique heros with unique abillities and 4 KI players controling this heros.

I save the heros in 4 arays: heros_players1, heros_players2 etc.
so i have 4 x 45 saved heros.
I save the next destination point to order them, same here with arays: hero_order_player1 etc.

My problem is that i dont want to make 360 triggers to order them to use their abillities and order them to their next point.

But my big problem are waits, some abillities needs casttime.
But with a wait there are too many leaks.

I try to create a system where the heros move to their waypoints, there is a chance that they cast their abs when being attacked AND when finished casting being reodered to their waypoint. All this for 4 x 45 = 180 heros which could be there at the same time.

I have done 4 or 5 systems now, but all are crap, always stuck on the waits or too much work like 360triggers.

note: i am not familiar with jass, so looking for a gui solution or someone explaining me a jass solution.
