Out of Order "All Programs" Menu

When I go to the "All Programs" menu in the Start Menu, it's all out of alphabetical order and it's really bugging me for some reason. I don't know how to solve it so any help would be appreciated.

Are you using windows XP? If yes, then do the following:

Open "all programs".
Get your cursor over a random program and right-click.
Click at 'sort by name'.
Enjoy your 'all programs' alphabetized!
