Red Ball Model

i made this red ball using Gmax. It has a very simple animation-its red and it goes up and down. I've converted it to a .mdx using MdlxConv (Yobguls kept crashing and wouldn't work) and i've imported it into my warcraft and tested it but all i got was nothing. I tried x10 scale and still nothing (so it's not really small). Please tell me what i've done wrong or what i should do

I don't know much about modeling, but the model wouldn't show up in war3 model editor either.

Try adding a red texture.

it appears in the editor as a black and green box yes, no errors like "couldn't load file or whatnot"
however when i test (ctrl F9i think) it appears as a shadow on the ground

I used a simple .png file 500x500 px which was just a red paint
is something wrong with that?

I'm not 100% certain i'm reading this correctly.

But if I am, then that .png needs to be converted to a blp. You can use war3 viewer on hiveworkshop to convert it.

EDIT: This will convert your PNG to BLP.
