Reducing models size

Anyone knows some program that reduces models size?
I have download this model: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource.php?t=90625&prev=status=g&search=Lich&d=list&r=20 but it just doubles my map size =X
If I wish people to play it, it must have a low file size in the beginning, right?


Also, does anyone know where to find a Lich King helmet? xD That model has just a mask there.

to change the size of the model just change the Art - Scaling Factor to something smaller.
